Heather Holland, SPHR is Founder and Chief HR / Diversity Consultant of The Holland Collective, LLC. Heather has a strong track record as an influential and proven leader along with 20 years’ business experience. Heather has held various human resources and diversity leadership roles of increasing responsibility with both a Global and North America focus with Fortune 500 companies traversing multiple industries, including consumer packaged goods, energy, manufacturing, packaging, education, and transportation.

Learning the value of discipline and leadership early on as a track field athlete facilitated Heather’s journey to becoming an influential leader. A Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Heather has the unique ability to engage people of all organizational levels and backgrounds, allowing Heather to work in diverse environments ranging from highly technical to operations to construction and from the shop floor to and the C-suite.

Heather has always had a particular affinity for fairness and equity, especially in employment and economics. Heather champions strategies, plans, and efforts that promote diversity, particularly the access and inclusion of women and minorities in STEM-related career fields. She utilizes this passion and her knowledge and expertise to speak to audiences at corporate and industry events, participate in panel discussions, and engage in community outreach.

Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee; a certificate in Organizational Development from Queens University; and a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
